Update #3 - customer service replaced my mop attachment after I reached out through Amazon So I raised my review. Some quirks I’ve noticed since using for a couple of weeks. 1. If it gets stuck I do not get a notification on my phone. I’ve found it stuck three times now and sleeping but I never got a notification. I do get other notifications from it but not if stuck. 2. The front edge of the unit went under the edge of the couch and the buttons were pushed. It paused the unit and went to sleep. 3. If it is sleeping somewhere, you have to go in a treasure hunt. You can’t send a signal to it for it to beep. 4. If it gets a lot of stuff in the dustbin, it may not empty correctly. To overcome this I changed the empty setting to Max instead of smart so that it runs longer to empty. It is still a good robovac and does a good job at cleaning. All have issues. after all it is technology and not a human vacuuming. Update - the mopping plastic piece with the Velcro got hair stuck in it and won’t come off. I called customer service who wanted to charge me for a new piece. He even said didn’t care if I returned the unit. For that reason I’m reducing my rating. This is very well made compared to a well known robot vac that sounds like room. I’m impressed with the ability to clean, how quiet it is, and the features in the mobile app. I named mine Casper since I got the white one.
