I am lazy about going to the dentist and flossing but i am a great brusher;) After going to the dentist after 2 years and using this product for about the last 6 months, the dentist said I had the best gums & teeth she has ever seen:) Use it regularly and for as long as you can keep it in your mouth. I usually swish for about 7 to 10 minutes. Namaste.
