Just wanted something cheap to keep me cool on some days and this works great in my apartment bedroom. The only issue is the loud ass beep it makes EVERY SINGLE TIME. On, off, mode, anything, it beeps! This thing is so simply put together though, by just unscrewing everything and opening the back, the speaker comes right off the board with a flat head screwdriver. Now I have zero beeping or noise from it and works perfectly fine :)
