I used to work for Dominos and Pizza Hut in my college days and cut many many pizzas. So I feel that I know a bit more about pizza cutter wheel than lay people. First, it cut really well. Second, handling was easy. grabbing one half of the wheel seems to be stabler than holding onto a handle that protrudes out. Simple physics really. And third, this is the one I was worried about. How do you wash this thing? Turns out, the plastic handle splits in half. I put all the pieces in the dishwasher and voila! It was ready for another cut another day. So far it's perfect for use with frozen pizzas. I used it with Digourno. It's crust rises and can be quite thick. But this blade was adequate in terms of size and hand placement for me to cut easily without touching the hot cheese or topping. Pro: It does what it claims to do really well. Good value. Con: Can't think of one yet.
