I've been using this eyeliner for a really long time now. I have purchased about 4 consecutively and they all last a really long time before they dry out. I will say that it is very, very dark and very black (which I love). It is also extremely easy to apply your eyeliner thin or thick - highly recommend to anyone who is new to liner. I love it for days I am in a rush and don't care to deal with gel eyeliner and a brush etc. It sets to a slightly shiny looking finish which I just top with a matte black eyeshadow to make it last longer and appear shine-free (I prefer matte over wet looking liner). But, this is definitely not waterproof by any means and it does require a good primer because it will fade if worn in hot weather or a long day. All in all, it is an amazing eyeliner and I will continue to purchase it! Hint: set it with a matte black eyeshadow for longevity and throw Stila's liner in your purse if you plan to be out all day so you can touch up!
