This ice pack has been a life saver! I was in a terrible car accident a couple months ago and I needed something that would stay on me so I could walk around and continue my every day activities while also helping with the horrific back pain I had. It is so comfortable to wear and it really does the trick of easing pain. I can usually get about 30 to 45 minutes of cold with it then I refreeze for about 30 minutes or so and it's basically back to being as cold as when I freeze it overnight or a few hours. Wonderful product!
