For an inexpensive home hair cutting kit, this is a well presented set-up. I like the fact that it comes in a compact transport case. However, upon receipt of the kit, make sure to test out the units immediately. In my case, everything was good, except the battery powered trimmer worked fine, until I tried using it inverted (blades pointing down). The motor started vibrating excessively & sounding ragged, as if the internal motor wasn't properly secured. However, as a redeeming feature: I notified Wahl directly & they replaced that unit immediately, at no charge, & it works fine, with just a request that I send the defective unit back for them (on their dime) to evaluate. I recommend Wahl products, for that very reason. They stand behind their products. That's something you don't see that often in today's world.
