I just placed an order for my second bottle, and I thought I should share my experience. These caplets have quite literally changed my life. After 1 week of taking 1 each morning, my coworkers started commenting about my calm, more relaxed demeanor. My office mate, who sits less than 6 feet away from me every day said, “you’ve stopped holding your breath so much!” Wow. Just wow. I had NO idea my stress was so visible to those around me. I take 1 pill each morning, on an empty stomach. I feel physical effects after about 1 hour: increased heart-rate, flushing, dry mouth. These effects last only 15-20 minutes, and my morning is mellow. The tightness in my chest is gone, my overall mood is softened & I don’t cry at work from frustration/rage anymore. Obviously, everyone’s body is different & needs different things- but I can’t imagine going without my GABA supplement.
