I put these on after they came in the mail, wore them for about 1 hour, then as I was resting on the couch, I fell into the kind of deep sleep that one only dreams of. This was the most epic, most restorative nap I can remember. The kind of nap Joey Tribiani and Ross Gellor had in Friends they tried so hard to recreate. I am kinda afraid to take them off now. I wear them with my flipflops, under my socks in tennis shoes, and to bed. My feet feel great. As for whether or not they contributed to my most perfect nap, I don't know for sure, but I'm rolling with it.
