Dresses up the windows
Unless someone sticks their face up against the glass to look inside your home, it will provide some privacy.
My house faces the north and it was cloudy when I took the pictures. First picture is without the film. Second picture is with 1 layer of film. Third picture is with 2 layers of film.
Picture 4 is with one film layer (outside looking in) and picture 5 is with 2 fim layers (outside looking in).
