1st use trip work to airport: I have my personal and my work laptop w/ headset; 1pr of legging, 1pr skinny jeans, 1pr Pjs, small makeup kit, small med bag, my tens, 1pr sandals and I still have room in the pockets if I wanted to use them. I started to put snacks but decided I'm a big girl and could wait til I arrived. Photo is Alaska flight. I'm 5'4"max, 180lbs. I had a window seat. Fortunately the middle seat was empty so I slid the bag in side ways first to in front of my seat, flipped and slid under seat with easy. My bag isn't stuffed so it had no problems sliding in. I can place my feet into if I chose. This looks like a smaller carry-on; maybe 2" smaller. Now, I do think it is heavy when I had to pick it up, so thank God I wasn't forced to place overhead. The handles are a lil long for me and you must secure them or it drags while rolling. The handle seemed sturdy and gave ni difficulties. The rolling isn't as smoothie or as flexible but I got it exactly for what you see in the photo. Hopefully this bag and I will be good traveling buddies
