Please be very aware: This is not a true five star rating but I wanted people to see my post before purchasing the tool. Although the pole saw itself performs well, customer service sated after I bought it that they do not sell a replacement chain unless you buy it with the chain bar also. That's over $40. I bought 2 backup chains model # 29682 for it as suggested but when I got out to my property and tried to change out a chain I realized this replacement does not fit. That's when I found out from Greenworks about their unstated problem. This makes me sad. I thought I found a good battery operated tool I could use but I am not about to buy parts I do not need and I am sending back this tool. If anyone knows of a replacement chain that I can buy for this pole saw please let me know. Otherwise I will have to send it back.
