Swaying, balancing issue solved.
As I read in the other reviews it will sway, and spill fluid. I went to Home Depot, bought two PVC pipe hangers, and attached them to two wood slats (See pictures). Cannot remember what size the pipe hangers were, but the red end caps fit snug. That solve the issue.
