I can't tell you what a difference this has made in my overall well being! I have been a runner for most of my adult life and this past summer had to quit due to chronic pain in my hips and joints. After about 2 weeks, using a scoop in the morning and one at night, almost all the pain in my hips were gone. A pulled muscle in my shoulder that I thought would never heal was feeling much better! My skin feels and looks the best it has in years and my hair is shiny and silky feeling. This is probably one of the best things I've ever done for myself. Definitely worth a try.
