My 5 year old is not yet diagnosed, but we suspect he struggles with SPD and a touch of ADHD so sitting still and following through with time consuming things like mealtime are borderline impossible for this kiddo. I will take all the help I can get. This thing helps... it helps him sit still and stay at the table, it helps me have one less thing to struggle so hard not to get frustrated with him about, it helps! I’m not saying it always gets him in his seat for an entire meal, but it definitely makes a big difference and makes mealtime a better time of the day. I suspect in time I will be sending one to school for his teachers to use for him as well. I also suspect I have an over inflated, but the instructions don’t specify so we are doing a little trial and error.
