We bought these pillow cases to compliment a variety of sheet sets. Since we use 4 queen size pillows on our bed, most sets come with just 2 cases. These cases were intended to be a solid base color to be coordinated with brighter sheet sets. And during the day, that is where they are, but at night, I prefer to sleep on these pillow cases. They have a nice cotton feel which is very soft on your face. Just wish the fabric was a bit thicker as these cases tend to be thin cotton. The pillow cases are plenty big enough for our thickest and highest fill of our queen size pillows. The color is a nice dark navy. And look good paired with a variety of sheet colors and duvet covers. Be aware if you are trying to match to another navy color that is very difficult to do. Like trying to match two black colored items. The colors are never quite exactly the same. We have had these cases for a month or so and have only had them on the bed for a week of that time. But I think they will last and not cause any issues. Definitely recommend these pillow cases.
