Well, I've had this unit for almost 5 months It works great! It has multiple doorbell sounds. Batteries come with the remotes but not for the base unit which requires several C sized batteries. This unit is LOUD so consider that before putting it in the living room or where you are close by. I put it in the kitchen cabinet and this helps muffle the sound a little so it's not so disturbing. However, I live in a small home. I would recommend this product to those looking for an easy replacement or addition to their doorbell. I would also recommend this product to anyone hard of hearing.
