Had first saw the video of David Goggins in Dec 2017...started following him..found his interview in Impact Theory and that’s it.. he became my hero!! My life since then has transformed a lot and I know it’s just a beginning... I have listened to almost all his interviews ..I know his story...I know his philosophy of life and success...and was thinking should I have to buy this book or not?? I bought the book and yes the book is much more than the interviews..it’s actually a tool... it is a must read book for someone who wants to realize their true potential and utilize it!!
