It's an element - let's not disparage it for its reactivity
Ok, zinc. Yes, it affects us. The results are very repeatable. It upsets the stomach for many people. It also has an anti-viral tendency. Take one, accept the other. Don't give it 2 stars cuz you don't like an upset stomach while you anti-Covid. Welcome to adulting. You have to choose between good and bad. To give this product 2 stars because "my tummy hurt" when taking zinc is like giving plutonium 2 stars because "it caused my hair to fall out" while buying it to fuel your nuclear reactor.
