I ordered one and loved it, so I ordered another for my bedroom and another for a friend as a gift. I've washed mine twice and I've not had one single problem - they are so soft. The problem people are having with theirs, and why they are falling apart, is because they are not washing them in cold water, and not drying them WITHOUT HEAT..Air fluff these ONLY. It even says so on the label.. If you wash these in hot or warm and then dry with heat, they will fall apart.. Follow the directions and it's a great item.. Update June 26, 2018: I still have the two that I had purchased, and they're both still ultra soft, bright and look as great as the day that I got them. I don't know what other people are doing for make them fall apart. Just follow the label instructions: Cold water and use the air setting on your dryer, which means no heat at all, or just air dry them. It's not that complicated..
