To those who wrote reviews saying that the leash is too thin or their dog snapped it- I'm convinced it's because your dog chewed on the leash first. I don't know what kind of dog you must have because this leash endured a little incident the other day that would have put hundreds of lbs of tension on it. I attached the leash around my waist and had the other end attached to my 90 POUND GREAT DANE. My boyfriend threw the ball too far beyond the leash length and the force of my dog running literally pulled me 6 feet before hitting the ground (and also stopped my dog mid-run, falling down too). The leash was fine. If it can endure a 150lb human and 90lb dog, you're probably going to be just fine.
