I just flew one of the first non-stop flights from San Francisco Ca, to Singapore which is a 16 hour flight in economy with this pillow. I bought it just before the flight and got it a day before my flight. First thing it it come with a nice bag which has a loop that can be attached to a hook on the outside of your backpack. My last pillow had to be stuffed in my backpack taking up valuable space. I am 6" and 220lbs so it fit nicely. The back is flatish and does not push out on my neck but does give it support. The latch on the front has a magnet with a latch which is easy to use. You can set the draw strings to your comfort level. When I would try to get sleep I would cinch it up so I would have some support under my chin. I did not where it the entire flight because it did become uncomfortable but I don't care what pillow you use after 16 hours anything will become uncomfortable. Some people said it has a bad smell. Mine did not. Even if it did it usually goes away on memory foam pretty quickly. It actually looks bigger when I look in the mirror or picture of myself than it feels. It feels small and I was a bit concerned it would not hold up on a 16 hour flight. After spending about 16hrs each way to Singapore and back I would say this is about as good as it gets if your sitting in economy and not taking cat tranquilizers to get you through the trip. I also have the J pillow and prefer this pillow for several reasons. Carrying case none for J pillow, This compresses into a smaller size when not in use, Cinch keeps it from falling off your neck when you move around. All in all this pillow is a little more practice. Positives: Compresses small when in bag. Easy to pack Bag has a loop with a connector so easy to attach to outside of backpack Comfortable and can be used with headphones. Snaps for draw string are easy to use. They use a magnet and latch setup that works remarkably well. Keeps neck warm cold cabins. Cinched up prevents the ole " Forward Neck Snap" when falling asleep. Nice Side Support. You don't look like as much of a Duffus ad you think you will once you see what other people are wearing. Cons If the cabin is warm this retains heat like most memory foam products. Maybe not as much because it has several holes in the side but I had to take it off a few times when the cabin got warm. Color selection is limited. I took purple because I have lost black pillows because they blend in with the cabin and get lost when I am getting ready to leave. I wanted a color I would not overlook. Price! It is expensive so you have to weigh the expense but I am satisfied. Wish it was a bit cheaper If your a little overweight make you look like you have a double chin.
