I'm at a desk or on a laptop a lot and so my neck and shoulders are often tight. I found this and it seemed like a great value. Turns out, this massager really helps. But after a couple months I had some issues with my massager losing power. I sat it away for a few more months, and then when I turned it back on, the condition was much worse. The strength/power was half of its original shape. Then came Customer support to the rescue. They were wonderful in their response and persistence in fixing my issue. They sent me a new massager and now I'm feeling doubly satisfied because my neck is relaxed and I got great service, more than I even expected!
