This is my first collagen product and I have to say I love it! I'm using it to strengthen and help regrow my thinning hair and my hair does seem stronger with new baby hairs along my hairline. I've been using for over a month. One scoop daily in my morning coffee. It is flavorless and dissolves right away. I have seen an added benefit of less joint pain in the last couple of weeks. Nails are growing well but I've been using those Color Street nail polishes, which I love, but I think they may be weakening my nails so I can't speak to that until I stop using that nail polish. Overall, I love this collagen and will be ordering my next container soon.
