I have trichotillomania. It helps immensely. I've tried so many psych meds, I never thought anything would work. Since day 1 of taking NAC, I barely have the urge to pull at all. I wish I would've tried it sooner, but for some reason I was skeptical bc it's so affordable and doesn't come from a prescription. If you're suffering, please have faith and try it out.
