What can I say, my home is a constant fruit fly battle 6 months a year. Which I have never understood. It's a 7 year old home. I had tried everything, sooooo many of the little traps of many different varieties and no luck. I had made traps in shot glasses from apple cider vinegar and dish soap which worked pretty well but didn't begin to cut down the population. Luckily, I found these bad boys. Yes, it is pricey but I bought two of them and put one in a bathroom and one in the living room of a 3,000 square foot house and they were dead within a week. A month later I saw a few so I ordered one more. Now, I have not seen one in 4 months. If they come back next summer this will be the first and only purchase I make.
