Our older Panasonic 2.2 cu. ft. microwave went out, needed a new one. Read many reviews, decided to just go to the newer edition of the old one (the old one had '750' in the model number, I believe, compared to this newer one '936'. Anyway, same faceplate/controls/layout, except the design of the numbers themselves....why relearn a whole new layout of controls? Works great, same as the old one in function and ease of use. For people that have had other Panasonics, THE DOOR CLOSES EASILY and WITHOUT FORCE.....quite different from the old one that had to be slammed or forced manually. It's taken about 2 weeks to quit slamming the door on this one, lol. Just swing the door with a light push and it's closed! Quit reading reviews....Buy it!
