I have been waiting for a while for Arlo to bring out a video doorbell since I already have 2 of their "Q" cameras. The video doorbell was fairly easy to install. They provide good video instructions and the phone/tablet ap walks you thru the entire process. If you use the angle bracket then drill the lead holes at a slight angle too. Then the angle bracket will line up smoothly with the main unit. As noted, by one of the other reviewers, you need to take a hard look at your door chime transformer. My home was built in 1974. The video doorbell requires the transformer to be 16v - 24v AC. Mine was only 10v. I had to call technical support to get this information. It took me a while to find the location of the doorbell transformer. I did not buy it off Amazon because a local store had a better price and I could get it that night. PS: I am a very tough grader - so far this is as close to being a 5 as I could get it.
