I can't exactly "Love it"; after all, it is only a rolling pin. The size of the depth rings is not exactly clear in pictures provided so I took one for those interested. It works as described, and the rings come out easily for cleaning by removing the end screw for each set. The threads allow the use of only one depth ring at a time should you choose to use them that way. This keeps the others clean for later. The markings do NOT interfere with the surface of the dough as they appear to be laser etched without surface indentation.
