Let me start by saying that I never take time to write reviews, but I thought this might be helpful to others. I did extensive research to find a play mat that was non-toxic, aesthetically pleasing, and soft/thick. I looked at SoftTiles, Skip Hop, Little Nomad, and many others. I stumbled across the Little Bot mat while browsing and was hesitant to buy only because of the lack of reviews. This is the Goldilocks of play mats and my only regret is not purchasing it sooner! It can fit well into any room decor-wise. It's all one piece and doesn't pull apart easily like puzzle piece mats. The edges are rounded and sealed so the design doesn't peel off like Little Nomad or other printed mats. It's not shiny like others and it is thick and soft (we use on a hardwood floor). It also does not absorb moisture or liquids like many foam mats and easily wipes clean. If you are concerned about the size, simply look at the measurements listed. We find it to be perfect for our space. Hands down worth the price!
