I bought other frothers previous to this one, but the other ones either didn't work well or didn't last long. I can't yet speak for durability of this one, but it's definitely a lot more powerful than the others - in fact, the first time I used it, I made a coffee tornado and it overspilled the cup! I absolutely agree with the manufacturer and other reviewers that the side button is much easier to use than pressing down on the top. I also appreciate that the batteries are easier to change. Of note, rechargeables work fine with this device. I haven't tried to use the whisk or stencils yet, but those are nice little extras. The ability to detach wands makes for much easier cleaning, for sure.
