(Coming from a guy) I'm 29 and was starting to lose hair which was mildly stressing me out. I was like "I should not be losing hair at this age!!!" I had tried SO many shampoos in the past and none had worked on containing my hair loss. I found this and decided to try it out and I was impressed from the start! My shower drain is usually COVERED in the hair I lost every time I wash it but from the first time I used this shampoo, the amount of hair I've lost has decreased SIGNIFICANTLY! Now my shower drain is visible every time I wash my hair! Also the thinning spot I was building up is pretty much covered! Still has ways to go but making very good progress! Definitely be patient, regrowing hair takes time but with this shampoo it's so worth the wait! I would also recommend washing your hair every single day so that there is consistency in the regrowth process (normally I wash my hair every other day but not with this). VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
