False advertising futon only 2nd half inches thick. I still feel the hard floor after waiting 24hrs for futon to air out and "fluff up". Not useful at all.very disappointing!
****update after expressing my disappointment i was contacted immediately by seller to resolve the issue. I just want to say they offer great customer service if anything is to your dislike. Also very quick to respond to you. I am giving them more stars for that attentiveness than their product.
