This revised product review is long overdue. I hope you'll consider it when making your purchase decision. Months ago, I ordered the Four Seasons Exsential King Mattress Protector and found I'd received a product with a defective zipper. I was frustrated and wrote what was for me a very rare bad review. Shortly after, customer service from the seller reached out to me to better understand my problem and to work with me to resolve it. I was impressed, and even a bit amazed. They reacted pro-actively. They listened. And they stood behind their product. Many sellers here try to buy five star reviews by giving incentives to those that will post positive reviews, But I've never really experienced a seller that was so sincerely interested in honestly correcting a problem. I've now had my king mattress protector for months and I am pleased to say it really is as good as advertised. Four Season Essentials absolutely impressed me with an excellent product and a level of customer care and service one seldom experiences.
