If I could add another star I would. I have a herniated disc and a torn meniscus that are incredibly painful and I get a lot of relief from inverting in this swing. I was looking at inversion tables when I came across this swing and it looked much more versatile and fun. I am very happy with my purchase. The poses are easier than I thought they would be. I can barely walk sometimes but with this I can do poses I can't even do on the floor, even before I hurt my back. By my second time using it I felt like a pro, the poses just feel so natural.
