I have been using pre-workout supplements for over 10 years. I really like this product. It doesn't taste like anything when mixed with water, which is good compared to the terrible taste of Pure Pump pre-workout. This gives me the energy I need to get through a workout, but it's not so overpowering I feel like I'm going to have a panic/heart attack and die. I feel fine doing cardio and weight training. And I can rest easy knowing there are not artificial sweeteners or ingredients I am ingesting. I will definitely be buying again.
