Arrived next day, and inflated fully in minutes. There was no odor at all, and the thickness is just right for my needs. I didn't see much difference in my shoulder pain (I'm a side sleeper.) but it is overall super comfy. I would have given it 5 stars if the "cool gel" part of the description was true. It doesn't seem to be cooling at all, but the last one I had that touted that claim didn't either. Overall, so far, so good!
