I already knew from the other reviews that puting the heels on here the proper way probably wouldn't work and they were right. The spaces are just to short. It's fine though, I actually like hanging the shoes by the heel, it seems a bit sturdier. My rack was shipped pretty quickly and everything was in the box and nothing was broken or bent. It took me about an hour to assemble it. Could've finished quicker if I wasn't so into the TV. The rack comes with a little wrench, I didn't use it, just use your own screwdriver and you will be good to go. This rack is super sturdy once assembled and tightened correctly. I was so proud of myself for putting it together I just had to post it on Instagram. I think one more should take care of all my heels. So glad I decided on this one. Great purchase!
