We own an upscale bed and breakfast and, consequently, we have found a broad range of what our guests want from a pillow. You have the "very soft," "very firm," "dumpy," fluffy," and "squishy" preferences. It's difficult finding common ground, and we really don't want to stock 6-8 kinds of pillows. We have feather pillows upon request, but this pillow has saved us for everyone else. Guest after guest has commented on this pillow, and I've sent the link to many of them upon request after their stay so that they can get them for home. We start with two pillows per person on the bed, so we now rotate half of them out about every six months. That leaves one fluffier new one, and one a little more worn for people who prefer a flatter pillow. It's amazing how many of them claim that it's the best night sleep that they've had in a while (and we use good sheets too). I highly recommend this pillow.
