Edit: Exactly one year later (and the end of the warranty cycle) the leaking has got to the point where the machine is completely broken and useless. I bought the decalking solution and have been using it exactly as described for the entirety of its life cycle and still leaking. Delonghi customer service is a complete mess, I called to ask for advice/repair solutions to the machine but they told me I would be getting a new machine which sounded so great at the moment! Well guess what, I had to cut the cord off my old machine, send them a picture and confirm it was purchased. Bear in mind this was weeks ago, it has now been over a month and every time I call I get a new person who pretends to help me and decides to assure me it will be there at a certain date (and as usual that day goes by and nothing). My conclusion? Skip Delonghi products completely and try something more trusted, I rarely write reviews but I'm writing this because I'm so pissed off with this company. Spend a couple hundred bucks more and get something more reliable and trusted, I know I will.
