I use this oil twice a day 1. I mix three drops in with mybliquid foundation. The foundation blends in better and gives a flawless finish 2. At night I mix in three drops with my moisturizer. I'm 36 and my skin is still acne prone, plus I'm dealing with the signs of aging. My skinnis remarkably improved since incorporating this oil into my daily routine. My acne is virtually gone and the dryness I was experiencing is improving. I now have my preteen daughter using this and her skin is improving too!
