It works!
I have a child with some developmental delays so shaving is harder for her. She also has some hair In unwanted places so after looking into the cost of professional hair removal treatments I decided to give this a try. (One professional treatment costs about as much as the Flasher and they say it will take about 8 treatments to make it permanent.)
I have used it 7 times on only my right leg. I can still feel hair on my right leg but can’t really see it. The flasher doesn’t work on light hair so I think I must have some lighter hair mixed in with my darker hair. You can see the difference in the pictures.
It is definitely working!
The downsides (which are probably the same with professional treatments):
Sometimes it feels like little shocks but it’s tolerable even at the highest setting.
There are 7 levels but it says you have to use it at 6 or higher to be effect so I don’t know why they have the first 5 levels.
It takes a while. To do one leg below the knee takes about 20 minutes. You have to go over each section of skin 3 times and on the automatic setting the light flashes once every 3 or 4 seconds and covers a very small section of skin per flash.
Now that I am satisfied it is working, I’m going to start using it with my daughter. I’ll post another review with her opinion later.
