I highly recommend this product. I wish it came with more capsules!
This product has a lot of anti-diabetic and pro-liver health ingredients. As a "healthy" 25-year-old female in medical school, I can say my blood pressure/heart rate is more consistent and I have less little stomach aches and pains. I think products such as this are beneficial in anyone (esp. those with diabetes, high cholesterol, liver disease). My only "complaint" would be that it is advertised as a 21 day cleanse. I feel this could and should be a supplement for regular use.
