Absolutely remarkable product. Well designed. It’s a 3 in 1 product. It ices your wrist and the fleshy area around and below thumb, adds some compression, and gives support to your thumb while it’s healing, all without interfering with the use of your thumb. (I just typed this entire paragraph with my thumb with the compress fully on.) Some reviews complain that the pack doesn’t get cold enough. You have to leave the freezable insert in your freezer several hours, best overnight. after that it should stay plenty cold for at least 30 minutes.
