What I like best about this product is that like many technology brands (think Tesla, Apple), Raven came out of the gate with some challenges with their flagship product. However, over time, and with iterations, research & development and a stellar management team they are now settling into a stronger footing and the product works much, much better than the original iteration. While I wish there were still a couple more features (like the ability to scan a long receipt), I think there is a lot of potential for this device and company which could potentially be achieved by future firmware and/or in-product updates. If you've been considering buying this scanner for some time now, feel confident that this is the right time to pull the trigger on this purchase. You will not be dissapointed.
