IMO it's the best post-workout around (and a great company too)
This is my go-to supplement company now, their customer service is amazing. This is the best post-workout I've found, it has everything I wanted and nothing I didn't. I will say that I'm not a huge fan of the berry flavor, I think I'll try unflavored next time, but it's definitely not a deal breaker.
