So we got this delivered by an actual delivery company (XPO) that Amazon partners with. Great service here and requested a day early and they delivered! As far as assembly, 3 people it took approx an hour and a half. We placed this pool in our backyard “beach” on sand. We used a tamper and some water to wet and level sand. The pool arrived and there were some broken plastic pieces but I don’t think it really affected the way it works. It took about 9 hours to fill with water. I was PLEASANTLY surprised that you don’t have to worry about lines and creases at the bottom of the pool as your filling. The liner is super durable and doesn’t really fold over on itself. No leaks. Very happy with the purchase after 24 hours of having it! SOME IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE: - the top railing will look TOTALLY misplaced until it’s actually full! - the corner pieces are NOT supposed to lock in place - would suggest to start filling the pool as you read and install the filter (this doesn’t have to be installed first since the water line would have to be 3 feet high to reach the hole) - we were worried about TOTAL size of the pool once up (including supports); the 16.6x9 is pretty accurate WITH the supports installed
