I just started using the Saalt soft and I am giving away all my tampons. I am an older woman with 3 children. I was able to insert on the first try. It was comfortable and didn't leak. Removal was not the terrifying fumbling most people say it is. Day 2 of cycle I felt more confident. Did not go in as easily in the morning. It took me 3 tries to get it in the right place so it was comfortable. After that, worn all day with no worries. There is no guessing what size tampon to use. I hate pulling out a dry tampon. I'm sure that can't be good for your delicate lady parts. All this takes is practice and a certain level of familiarity with your body. Be patient with yourself and know that this switch is the right thing to do for your health and the environment.
