I waited a couple months to write this as there was so much conflicting information in the reviews that I wanted to have an experienced opinion. None of the complaints were correct... it works perfectly, I gave it 4 stars as its a basic model and doesn't have advanced setting like grin level etc, but if you just want to grind your own beans for fresh coffee its great. Simple and easy. I actually just made myself a fresh cup of coffee before sitting down... hold on... {sip} ahhhh,,, that's the stuff. One review complained about coffee getting stuck under the blade, and while coffee can get stuck if you over grind by grinding too long or put in too many beans (I usually grind about half a cup of beans at a time), I quickly found that I only had to grind for 10 seconds to get the grind I needed. I suspect the complainer was over-grinding or filling the grinder passed the recommended max bean level. And even when it sticks a little to the bottom (I over grinded the second time I used it and it stuck a little), I have a separate container I use to store a few days worth of ground beans and I turn the removable grind cup upside down and tap it into my container. Its not that hard, and you can easily spin the blade with a knife to loosen any stuck coffee if you overdid it. Hardly an issue, and I would expect all grinders have to be handled in the same manner.
