I love these skirts! I bought one, liked it so much I bought 2 more. The sewn in slip is a plus, but heads up, if you wear cotton undies it will cling, I wear silk and it's fine. I'm 5'3" and it hits at my lower calf, looks great with heels in Spring or Fall, and warm enough for Winter with boots. It doesn't flare out a lot, but still very nice. I normally wear a 16-18, bought the XL, I have a bit of a belly, so I just wear a nice blouse un-tucked, it doesn't look sloppy at all.
